Steelwork completed at Langdon House

Working in partnership with the Wales Assembly Government, development is well under way of Langdon House at Swansea Waterfront, an energy efficient and environmentally exceptional office development built to BREEAM “Excellent” standard.

Swansea Waterfront is the rapidly emerging lifestyle destination for business that is close to the city centre whilst benefitting from good access to the M4 motorway.

The building is designed to achieve a BREEAM “Excellent” rating with it’s own distinct architecture incorporating glazed suspended walkways, balconies and a secure high quality glazed external atrium. The development will provide flexible space to satisfy the requirements of both SME’s (Small and Medium Enterprises) and non SME’s, and occupiers can either rent or purchase. The 42,000 sq ft development will be completed in July 2008.
