London&Wharfedale have sold another 3 units at Langdon House totaling 9000 sq ft to major regional accountants Bevan and Buckland. Only 3 units now remain.

Commenting on the sale Richard Froggatt Chairman of London&Wharfedale said ‘ The decision by such a major regional accountancy practice to relocate their head office reinforces Langdon House and SA1 as the prime office location in the Swansea Bat area.
